The Company is incorporated in the BVI and so the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

Number of Issued Shares:

The Company’s securities are traded on the AIM Market, LSE. and on the Quotation Board of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The new total number of ordinary shares in issue is 238,522,365 with no shares held in treasury.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities.
